Up until Clare asked to become my buddy on Docrafts I had no idea what a blog was.It was also Clare who first set up my blog so a huge thankyou to her.

3) In a matter of two years my craft storage has escalated from a shoe box to my very own craft room which originaly was my hubbies computer room ha ha.

4)I am a perfectionist in work and at home.

5)During the past 7 years I have rescued 3 cats from The Cat Protection.Felix who unfortunately is no longer with us, in kitty heaven and Sophie and Lilo.

6) I enjoy sharing a glass or two of rosie wine, particulary Blossom hill with friends mainly Susie a wonderful friend of mine and family.

7)When I was a youngster I wouldn't eat anything green.

MAWTT- Challenge #9 Sketch & Open Theme

MAWTT Challenge Winner

Wow !!!!would you believe, that little me has won this weeks MAWTT Challenge.I have been given the most fantastic opportunity, to be a guest DT member for two weeks starting Thursday 27th August.To say I am excited is no where close but I am also quite nervous as I have never done anything like this before.

Sketch and Stash Challenge No 17

Christmas is coming at last!!!
It's a miracle, first Christmas card and it's only August.This is a first for me. Normally I am rushing at the last minute but had great intentions to start early. So I decided that my next challenge card would be a Christmas card. What can I say other than I had a ball creating this card.How could I forget how exciting it was to play with christmas papers and anything that glitters and sparkles.Not that I need Christmas as an excuse!

Sketch and Stash Challenge No 16

I think this card has to be the most girlyish card I have ever made to date.Could I have possibly used anymore pink, probably not but I did consider putting pink buttons on the top left corner.My buddy Mel gave me the backing paper which I instantly fell in love with.The flowers ,brads and ribbon are from my new papermania pink embellishment kit, which only cost me £1.99 from craft superstore, great bargain. I used my new gorjuss girl stamp from funky kits and coloured her using whispers markers.The decorative edge was done using my friskers template, which turned out really well, I think so anyway.I can't get enough of the gorjuss girl stamps.

Oh my god, I have just seen my card, which I made for sketch and stash challenge N0 15, on their blog.You probably know this already as I think I texted or emailed everyone I know but just in case you didn't I just had to mention it again.It's probably a one off so for now I am just going to enjoy the moment.If I win even better but just seeing my card has been one of the best things to happen to little old me.
