One sketch two cards

First of all is it legal to drink alcohol and blog???Answer is no!!! I am sure I am slurring my words and my spelling seems to have gone AWOL too.Note to my self when you are really thirsty after a zumba class don't drink the glass of wine waiting for you when you get home, finish the water first!!
Well reason I am blogging tonight is I forgot I had made two cards for the sketch saturday challenge. They were made for an order and I thought it would be a good idea to use one sketch but make two different cards. I wil post only one the other I will save for later.

Before I show you my card I just wanted to share a little news with you all. Today I received Sarah Hurley's cd'roms yes both of them so I will be busy with them the next few weeks. I am feeling pretty lucky today, so many ideas running about my head just hope they turn out well in real life!! You can buy them exclusively on create and craft til July 1st after that they will be on her website.

Hope you all have a lovely weekend and thank you all so much for your comments on my blog. I will be hopping over to you soon.

No card...just a wee note to say.....

Hope you are all having a lovely weekend and managing to catch some sun. The rain did to hold off today in Scotland but it doesn't look promising for tomorrow. Did I just sound like a weather girl hee hee, well I'll stop right there and get onto the crafty stuff.

I have been crafting most of the day today, all thanks to my wonderful hubby.I have had a fabby time trying out new layouts and embellishments and the best bit of all I was playing with my new Hanglars yipee!!

In the last few days I have manged to make 3 anniversary cards and 2 male cards just need to find the time to post them here!! I think I need a miracle, as I have one night left to make a card for my lovely friend at toddlers, write a review for the toddlers AGM and punch circles for 72 childrens party hats as they are making their clown hats this week which will be worn at their circus parties the following week eeeeekkkk!! I might need to delegate the punching to Andrew not that he knows yet but I am sure after much grumbling he will give in.

I recieved some amazing crafty news yesterday and I am so hoping I can tell you soon or else I might just burst with excitement. But before you ask no I didn't get asked to be a dt member at MAWTT but as they say whats for you won't go by you. It's Clare's last sketch this week so I will def be joining in. Ta ta for now

ABC Challenge - W for Weather

Yeah!! I can finally show you my first DT for the abc-challenge. My initial thoughts was a summer theme but with all this rain lately Splashing Maggie came to mind. I just love her to bits, well she is Scottish afterall lol. I also got the chance to play with my new Henbury papers which I bought when I meet a couple of buddies of mine in Glasgow. I am ashamed to say they never left the carrier bag but now they're out and been aired I am tempted to make another card with them soon.

This fortnights theme over at the ABC Challenge is

W for Weather

and we are very lucky to have Secret Crafter as our sponser

They have just released the new Mangas and they're delivery service is amazing speaking from personnel experience

I used the sketch over at MAWTT who have a DT call this week so double the fun. Clare is stepping and will be moving on to pastures new. It's been almost a year since I started blogging and it's all been thanks to Clare, of course MAWTT was my first ever challenge entry and guest designer. It would be amazing if I could be a part of the DT but if not well it's not meant to be.

The challenges I have entered are...

crafty angels-favourite stamp
a spoonfull of sugar- floral delight
craftalicious-new

The sun has suddenly decided to make an appearance so off to do a bit of gardening.
Take care
